I ordered this as a gift for a friend and she loved it—great quality and I happened to also love the compostable bag it came in! But what really stood out to me was the customer service. I ordered express delivery and sent a note to their CS to let them know how important it was that I receive it. They literally responded with a personal note within 15 minutes…and ultimately I received in time to bring with me and give as a gift to my friend!
