These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our website operated by Bag-all Europe (Bag-all France SAS), located at 40 Avenue de la République, 75011 Paris, France. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PRODUCTS & PRICING
All product prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by region. We reserve the right to modify prices or product availability at any time.

2. PAYMENT
We accept secure payment by credit/debit card, Klarna, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. For Klarna purchases, their own terms apply (www.klarna.com).

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is accepted. This email confirms we have received your order, but the contract of sale is not concluded until your order is dispatched.

4. DELIVERY
We ship from France. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but may vary depending on your location. Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.

5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
If you are located outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are your responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, email us at hi@bag-all.com with your order number and a clear statement. You must return the goods unused and in original condition within 14 days of informing us. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the product is faulty.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, including the original shipping cost (standard delivery only).
Note: Personalized items and items that have been used are not eligible for return, except in the case of defects.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hi@bag-all.com. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

8. LEGAL GUARANTEE
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If an item is defective or not as described, you may request repair, replacement, or refund. This guarantee applies for 2 years from delivery.

9. PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized or monogrammed products are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please review your personalization details carefully before confirming your order.
