At Bag-all France, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return — no questions asked — provided the item is unused.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
- The return must be sent to our Paris office

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email hi@bag-all.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- A photo of the item (required if the item is defective or damaged)
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason (for example: change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
You may:
- Arrange and pay for your own return shipping, or
- Request a return label from us. If you request a label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hi@bag-all.com.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received at our order processing center.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges.
To exchange an item:
- Request a return by contacting hi@bag-all.com.
- Return the original item to our Paris office (return shipping costs apply as outlined above).
- Once the return is approved, you will receive a payment link for the new shipping fee.
- The new item will be shipped after the shipping fee has been paid.
Please note:
- The customer is responsible for returning the original item.
- The customer must pay the new shipping cost before the replacement item is shipped.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hi@bag-all.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized products
- Custom or special-order items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still meet the return eligibility conditions stated above (unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase).
