Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. The exact cost will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping details.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at hi@bag-all.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Be sure to include:
• Your order number
• A brief reason for the return
• A photo if the item is defective
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned to our Paris office.
Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
