Please keep in mind that your monogram will we made exactly the way you write it in the box above. So for instance, if you want a capital letter in your name please write: Maria not maria.

Shipping & Returns

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Bag-all will accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging. Personalized and monogrammed items cannot be returned.

To request a return, please email hi@bag-all.com with your order number. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Love the color of the mini tote and the strap. Although it’s a tad smaller than I expected, I still love the overall design and cute pocket with zipper inside. My phone, keys, cards, and even tissue packet fit nicely in it so there’s nothing to complain. Love it!
