SHIPPING

Where does Bag-all ship to/from? 

All orders from bag-all-europe.com are packed and shipped from our office in Paris, France. We have an amazing team who pack and ship as quickly as possible! We ship everywhere in Europe, as well as internationally. If you are located outside Europe, please check if our Bag-All New York store is closer to where you live.

What does my order ship in?

Smells like mushroom? Thats right! When we say we are plastic free, we mean it. All orders are shipped on our compostable mailers made of mushrooms that can be biodegraded into organic fertilizer! Pretty cool right?

When can I expect my order? 

La Poste's delivery time is 2 to 8 working days.

DHL's delivery time in Europe is 2 to 6 working days, and outside of Europe 3 to 6 working days.

UPS's delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped in the order they were received. We will normally get them packed and ready to go within 2 business days. Unfortunately, we do not fulfill orders during weekends. (During holidays and sales, fulfillment may take up to 5 days due to the increased volume of orders. Our team works as quickly as possible to get your order to you!) 

Once we have lovingly packed your order, we send a follow-up email that provides you with all the tracking information. The package is then handed over to the third-party carrier you chose at checkout. Keep in mind that you can choose which carrier you prefer and how quickly you want the item to be shipped. Where is my order? 

At Bag-all, we do our best to ensure that your order arrives as perfectly as we sent it. Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, Bag-all is, unfortunately, no longer responsible for it. We strongly urge customers to choose the insurance option, Route Package Protection, provided at checkout. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Visit route.com to learn more and their Help Center to file a claim. In the event of package loss, Bag-all cannot file a claim on your behalf or replace items that have been lost by the shipper.

Where is my (International) order? 

Depending on which shipping carrier you choose at checkout, international parcels can take between 5 to 15 working days to arrive at your destination. Please note that Bag-all cannot be held responsible for your parcel after it has left France, nor can we contact a foreign postal service or local customs on your behalf.

Please note that international orders (including the UK and Switzerland) are subject to local duties and taxes. There are no customs duties or taxes on orders within the EU. Please check your country's regulations before placing an order.

RETURNS

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or initiate a return. *All personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please note that return shipping is paid for by the customer.

A quick heads up: to make a successful return/exchange, we need the item(s) you are returning in new, unused condition. Also make sure to include your order number, your name and address, and a note stating which items you wish to replace with.

Insurance and other issues

If you’ve received an item that is damaged or received the wrong item, please contact hi@bag-all.com, and we will address this immediately. To expedite the process, please include a photo in your email. We will replace a defective item within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note: Bag-all is not responsible for damages incurred by shipping couriers. We strongly encourage all customers to purchase the inexpensive insurance through Route which is offered at checkout. Damages incurred during shipping and lost packages are covered by Route. The claim is filed directly with Route.

Vinyl personalization return policy

Bag-all strives to provide high-quality products and services, including personalized vinyl designs on bags. However, due to the nature of vinyl personalization and its potential limitations in durability and adhesion, the company is not liable for any vinyl personalization that falls off after purchase. Accordingly, Bag-all will not issue refunds, provide exchanges, or re-do the personalization on bags where the vinyl has detached.

How long replacements can be made?

Bag-all offers replacements for defective products within 90 days of the original purchase date. This policy covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to issues arising from reasonable wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. Proof of purchase is required to initiate a replacement request.

FAQ

What does it mean when an item is marked as preorder?

When a product is marked pre-order, it means we don’t yet have it in stock in the EU. Pre-orders are a way to guarantee you will receive your new item that may not be ready yet! When you place a preorder, it won’t be shipped immediately to you. They will ship out as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

Ordering a gift for someone else? 

When ordering a gift, be sure to enter your email address to receive all summary information, but enter the recipient’s name and shipping information.  If you also want to include a handwritten note, In the "Order note" section on the cart write the message of with what you want the note to say.

Can I order a custom bag? 

We can help you make bags in various sizes, colors and designs. For more information about how to order customized bags, CLICK HERE. The minimum for custom printed bags are 200 pieces. For custom order requests reach out to custom@bag-all.com. 

If you want to personalize just a few bags we offer monogramming. There is no minimum for personalizing bags with monograms.

What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Afterpay.

When using Afterpay, you are given the option to split up your payment in 4 interest free installments. 
The first installment is due on the day of the purchase and the following installments are collected every two weeks. In 6 weeks, your order is paid off in full.

As long as the payments are made on time, this service is interest free.*Terms and conditions do apply.

Can I change my order?

Since we normally ship your order within 24 hours please e-mail us at hi@bag-all.com as quickly as possible if you want to change your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need. If your order has already been processed we are sorry but we can not change your order by that time.

If you want to exchange products when you receive them you can do so, but you will have to pay for shipping both ways.

How do I care for my bags?

Bag-all's gift bags, tote bags and organizing bags should be hand washed or machine washed on the hand wash program. All our products are printed with eco-friendly, water based, colors as we do not want to use plastic based colors. Since the colors are natural the print will fade a little bit with each wash. My cases collection and totes should all be spot cleaned. Tip! Baby wipes are fantastic to use for removing stains.

Our products are made of 100% natural cotton, which means they will become wrinkled if washed in a machine. Let the bags air dry flat and then iron them on low heat on the opposite side of the print. They become super soft over time:) Store the bags flat with the bottom folded between uses so the bags are ready to be used – and reused – over and over again.

Our nylon bags can be machine washed since they're crafted from 100% recycled nylon, and they can be air dried in minutes. DO NOT tumble dry the nylon bags, as they will shrink.
